Today marks an important milestone for the 2023 OARC Annual General Meeting (AGM) – registration is now open. We are thrilled to announce that OARC has added features to the Portal that integrate with Eventbrite, streamlining the registration process. You can now register directly on the Member's Portal page, go to *Events* (top menu) and look for "OARC AGM 2023" to begin registration. Please coordinate within your organization who will be the Election Voting Representative, who will attend the as AGM as the Resolution Voting Delegate (if a different person), and any one else who will be attending the AGM.

**Please note that Supporters may attend the AGM but do not have any voting rights.**

Here are the upcoming deadlines for your reference:
 

  * 3rd October, Noon UTC: The deadline for the designation of Board Election voting Representatives. Make sure your organization is represented in the election by selecting one in Portal via the Change Voting Rep Button.

  * 8th October, 23:59 PDT: This is the final deadline for AGM registration and the designation of AGM Resolution voting Delegates. Ensure your organization's presence at the AGM by registering in time.

  * 11th October, Noon PDT: Deadline for the submission of proxies. If you can't attend the AGM in person, make sure to submit your Proxy Form to have your vote counted. 

  * 12th October, 18:01 UTC: The AGM Election voting opens. Cast your vote and help choose the future leaders of OARC.
